JSONNeat is built and maintained by one person — me, Ali Aqdas — so every message goes straight to a human, not a ticket queue. Feedback, bug reports and feature requests are all genuinely welcome; a good chunk of what’s on the site exists because someone wrote in and asked for it.
The best way to reach me is hello@jsonneat.com. I usually reply within 1–2 business days.
What’s useful to include
- Bug reports: what you pasted (or a small sample that reproduces it), which tool, and what you expected versus what happened. Your browser and OS help too.
- Feature requests: the JSON task you’re trying to do. I’d rather solve the underlying problem than add a button.
- Corrections: if a guide or explanation is wrong or out of date, point me at the line — accuracy matters to me.

A note on privacy
JSONNeat has no accounts and no server-side storage, so there’s nothing to “log into” and no data of yours for me to look up. Anything you paste into the tools stays in your browser — I never see it. If you’re emailing about a specific document, please include only a minimal, non-sensitive sample. See the privacy policy for details.
